CHOC MINT ICE CREAM

Ingredients
500ml of fresh whipping cream
3/4 can of condensed milk
150 grams of Mint chocolate, chopped into small chunks
2 drops of green food colouring

Method
In a large bowl, whisk the cream with an electric beater until soft peaks forms. Next, add the condensed milk and food colouring and beat for a minute and well combined. Next fold in the chopped mint chocolate and spoon into a plastic container, level the Ice Cream with the back of the spoon. Cover with lid. Place in freezer and freez for 6-8 hours or overnight. For extra decadence, swirl through a little chocolate sauce that you can purchase at any shop.**
Easy , quick and very delicious.
